LANSING, Mich. — Sen. Curt VanderWall, R-Ludington, has announced that he has updated his June coffee hours scheduled for Friday.
Coffee hours are open to residents of the 35th Senate District to express their opinions or concerns about state government or to request assistance with a state issue.
Because the governor has lifted the ban on groups of larger than 10, VanderWall said that he will now be holding one extended coffee hour instead of two.
VanderWall will meet with constituents at the following time and location:
Friday, June 5
9 – 10:30 a.m.
Pere Marquette Township
Note: From Ludington, take Old US-31 across the Pere Marquette River and turn right on Iris Road. Sutton’s Landing is immediately to your right, across from the Pere Marquette Town Hall.
VanderWall stressed that social distancing and masks are strongly encouraged at the coffee hour. However, it is no longer necessary to RSVP to the senator’s office.
VanderWall represents the 35th Senate District, which includes the counties of Benzie, Crawford, Kalkaska, Lake, Leelanau, Manistee, Mason, Missaukee, Ogemaw, Osceola, Roscommon and Wexford.
